This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms for smooth end-of-day programs purchased from Liveiaregen through liveiaregen.world. We aim to provide fair and transparent policies that respect both our clients and our business operations.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all program purchases made through our website or directly with our team, including the Evening Reset Session priced at £45, the Weekly Wind-Down Program priced at £120, and the Complete Sunset Wellness Package priced at £280. It also covers gift vouchers and any supplementary materials included with program packages, such as workbooks, aromatherapy starter kits, and digital guides.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days of booking without giving any reason, provided the service has not yet commenced. If you cancel within this cooling-off period before your first session, you will receive a full refund within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.

If you request that services begin during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If the service has been partially performed during the cooling-off period, you may still cancel but will be charged a proportionate amount for the sessions already delivered.

3. Evening Reset Session Cancellation

For the Evening Reset Session, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled session: full refund
• Cancellation between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the session: fifty percent refund or free rescheduling within thirty days
• Cancellation less than twenty-four hours before the session: no refund, but one complimentary rescheduling within fourteen days at our discretion
• No-show without prior notice: no refund and no rescheduling

4. Weekly Wind-Down Program Cancellation

For the Weekly Wind-Down Program consisting of four weekly sessions, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation before the first session: full refund minus a £10 administrative fee
• Cancellation after one session: refund of remaining session value minus a £15 administrative fee
• Cancellation after two sessions: refund of remaining session value minus a £20 administrative fee
• Cancellation after three sessions: refund of the final session fee only
• Individual session cancellations within the program follow the twenty-four-hour rescheduling policy outlined below

5. Complete Sunset Wellness Package Cancellation

For the Complete Sunset Wellness Package consisting of twelve weekly sessions plus supplementary materials, the following terms apply:

• Cancellation before the first session: full refund minus a £25 administrative fee
• Cancellation after one to three sessions: refund calculated as remaining sessions at the per-session rate of £20, minus a £30 administrative fee
• Cancellation after four to six sessions: refund calculated as remaining sessions at the per-session rate of £20, minus a £40 administrative fee
• Cancellation after seven or more sessions: no monetary refund, but access to remaining sessions and group evening circles continues
• Aromatherapy starter kits included in the package are non-returnable once opened

6. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. All program sessions may be rescheduled at no charge provided you notify us at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four hours notice may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within sixty days of the original session date. If a rescheduled session is not booked within this window, the session is considered forfeited without refund.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for Liveiaregen evening programs are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferred to another person. If the recipient does not use the voucher within the validity period, it may be extended by up to three months upon written request, subject to program availability.

8. Program Upgrades

If you begin with an Evening Reset Session and decide to upgrade to the Weekly Wind-Down Program or Complete Sunset Wellness Package, the full fee paid for the Evening Reset Session will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded program. Upgrades must be requested within fourteen days of completing the Evening Reset Session.

9. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional three to five business days to appear in your account.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional personal circumstances, we may offer flexible cancellation or rescheduling terms beyond those outlined above. Such arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation where appropriate. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in such a situation.

11. Changes to Programs by Liveiaregen

If we need to cancel or significantly reschedule a session due to coach unavailability, studio closure, or other operational reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full reschedule at no charge or a full refund for the affected session. We are not liable for any indirect costs incurred as a result of session changes on our part.

12. Digital Materials

Digital program materials such as workbooks, breathing guides, and progress tracking sheets provided as part of your program purchase are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded. If you cancel your program before accessing digital materials, they will not be made available to you.

13. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
